Bylaws
These are the bylaws of the Westchester County USBC Association, charted by the United States Bowling Congress.
They were first adopted on January 30, 2006, effective for the first fiscal year 2006/2007.
A record of Amendments is noted at the end of the document.
The bylaws are in effect unless amended by the membership. Any member of the association may submit proposed amendments to these bylaws, in writing, to the Association Manager or President, no later than 60 days prior to the membership meeting. See Article X - Amendments for further details.
Membership meetings are normally scheduled in late June or July. Therefore, proposed changes to the bylaws should be submitted by late April to ensure consideration at the meeting.
